On the International Day of Women, March 8, 2016, the European project MoMoWo organised its first open-door day in studios of female architects, civil engineers, and designers, which took place in Lisbon, Oviedo, Paris, Slovenia, and Torino (in partner countries of the MoMoWo project). The day was an opportunity for the female designers to present their work to the general public, students, craftsmen, and construction companies. The open-door day in Slovenia was organised by the Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences of Arts (ZRC SAZU), the France Stele Institute of Art History, in collaboration with the Center arhitekture Slovenije.
